The importance that cricket holds in India, that importance none of the sports are able to gain and hold in our country. Hence sponsors are ready to invest their amount in cricket but not in other sports and so it is difficult to find sponsors for the other sports - Due to laxity of funds, the courts and the grounds of other sports do not have proper infrastructure and are not maintained the way they should be
