Felons are a part of country and they deserve the right to vote

Indian government does not allow the children, people deemed unsound of mind and criminals to vote. It is clearly mentioned in the section 62(5) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951. The denial to give right to vote to the criminals attracts lots of criticism from many people.
